He has a passion for growing great companies, solving unique challenges, and aligning high-functioning teams around a common mission.Jordan received both his undergraduate degree and MBA from St. Cloud State University, and a Certificate in Driving Innovation from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in Palo Alto. Additional certifications include those in leadership, high impact presentations, EQ and Disc.Growing up on a farm in Central MN and working since a young age makes him no stranger to hard work. For the past 14 Years, he has been involved in nearly all aspects of business. From working with the front lines creating operational efficiencies to leading the transition of 3 tuck-in acquisitions and developing strategic go-to-market plans.When he’s not working, Jordan loves to tinker, build and spend time with his family at the lake. You can occasionally find him touring a factory for "Fun"
Tara GramsAs a seasoned EOS Integrator, I possess a strong financial and accounting background that enables me to harmoniously unite the major functions of a business to create focus, accountability, and alignment. With a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University, I have a passion for leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and driving business growth.Jordan and I have four children, Logan – 14, Eli – 11, Ivy – 8, and Zeke – 4, and we enjoy spending time as a family, whether that’s at the lake, watching the Vikings, or playing spoons!
